My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?Updated 2 months ago

Track your order – Use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email to see the latest updates as you may see pictures or GPS of where you can locate your parcel.
Check safe places – To avoid delays sometimes couriers sometimes leave parcels in a secure spot (e.g., porch, shed, garage, behind bins).
Ask household members or neighbours – Someone at your address or nearby may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Check for delivery cards or courier notifications – The courier may have left instructions for collection or redelivery.
