Why isn’t my offer or discount working?Updated 2 months ago

Oh no! We’re sorry your offer isn’t working at checkout.

Some of our deals and promotions have a few restrictions or terms and conditions, which might be why your discount isn’t showing. Before you checkout, please double-check that:

  • Your basket meets any minimum spend (if the offer has one).

  • The offer applies to the items in your basket — a few products might be excluded such as LEGO etc. You'll find eligibility criteria in the details of the offer, usually show with an *. 

  • The promotion is still valid and hasn’t expired.

  • You’ve entered any discount, promotion or voucher code exactly as shown (no extra spaces or missing letters).

  • You’re using the same email or account the offer was sent to (for exclusive deals).

You’ll find all the offer details and full T&Cs in the email or online where it was shared.
