My refund has been processed but I haven't received it?Updated 2 months ago

Once we issue a refund it may not appear immediately — the timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–10 business days

  • PayPal: Usually within 24–48 hours

  • Klarna/Afterpay/Other Pay Later Services: May take up to 14 business days, depending on their processing times

We recommend checking your account again (including pending or recent transactions) with the card or payment method you originally used. If you don’t see the refund after the timeframe above, please contact your bank or payment provider directly, as they’ll be able to confirm when the funds will post to your account.
